With an international team of designers and engineers, we can help bring your wheel design to life.
If you have your own design, we can help put that design on paper, 2D and 3D. Once the wheel is rendered, our team of engineers will review and make adjustments needed (with your approval) for structural integrity to meet industry standards (VIA, JWL, DOT, SAE).
MANUFACTURING
We have multiple factories under our program, ranging from low pressure/gravity casted wheels, flow formed wheels, to forged wheels. Because of our large network, we are able to manufacture all types of styles from 24×10 truck wheels to 16×10 drag racing wheels. Although we typically work with aluminum alloy, we also have access to factories that manufacture steel wheels. Our team’s expertise in the wheel manufacturing industry guarantees a high quality, finished product.
ACCESSORIES
Not only do we manufacture wheels, we manufacture wheel accessories as well. We are capable of manufacturing valve stems, hub rings, and lug nuts to any size or thread pitch you would like. We make steel and aluminum lug nuts, and can also add a special color finish.
